A few months ago I switched my scrolling to Pinterest and it's so inspiring! I get ideas for crafts and meals and it's genuinely encouraging where Tik Tok and Instagram made me feel awful about myself and my life. I think not seeing everyone's opinions in comments has helped a ton too and I don't feel the need to share mine. I can appreciate an image or clip for what it is and move on.
Praise God! I was reading constantly throughout the day. I work 3rd shift and when I get home I switch my husband so he can work and I watch our baby. But school has started in the beginning of January so I read at least once a day now since school has taken up my time from morning to night lol But I do miss my time with God that I once had. I play worship music all day so I can worship/study/take care of my baby.
I loved the first season of Severance. I work in an office and it just gave me so much to think about and wonder how many people would do the same to avoid painful memories. Excited to see what you think when you finish!
lol I literally tried to start crocheting last year and gave up. I bought so many different sized needles and they are collecting dust. This must be a sign for me to try my hand at it again.
I love the idea of writing each prayer! I feel like it really makes what you’re praying for intentional and maybe eventually you’ll see how you’ve grown in how and what you ask for.
I’m watching Severance season 2, it is GOOD! It’s such a mysterious and odd setting yet the unfolding of events just makes the story so compelling. If you watch Apple TV Silo is a MUST! I want to read its Dystopian books, Wool, Shift, and Dust, however I’m pretty hooked on the imagery of the series.

I’ve never even tried crocheting but I bet the end product makes you feel so proud! That’s why I want to learn to embroidery cute like icons so I can make all my plain shirts simply cutesy.
I literally have waited until 11pm before to read my bible🤣 I have been consistent for 22 days which is insane to me because it always looked hard but it truly is by his strength. I love reading it and seeing his character!
I am a hobbyist and I need to actually write down all my hobbies so I know what I want to accomplish this year. For one, I am re-dedicating myself to ice skating so I went for a skate last night. It was humbling because it’s been so long but also fun!

I want to eliminate screen time for my daughter as well. She is almost 5 and I want this year to look different and better for us. I think what intimidates me is I have to look at screen time for myself too and being more of an example for her rather than just thinking I can do whatever I want since I’m the adult. I also have to realize that being a parent requires sacrifices. (Which I knew but it’s the little ones that make big differences) Thank you for sharing, it always makes me reflect on my parenting and how I can be better. 🫶🏼

Idk what it is. But reading my bible before I go to sleep just hits different. I love it so much.
